My name is Paul Wall and I am a Cardiac Physiologist based in Ireland. I have 20 years experience in the diagnosis of Cardiac conditions. I myself was diagnosed with a Cardiac condition some years ago requiring many procedures as well as open heart surgery in 2021. This completely changed my perspective on my work and life generally. I had my struggles both mentally and physically during this time and I would really like to pass on my experiences. I want to help people cut through the jargon and conflicting messages regarding Heart health.

I really believe that lifestyle changes and the proper mindset can go a hell of a long way to overcoming many conditions and allowing you to not only live but prosper and thrive.
